Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen (mHBOT)

At Evoke Regenerative Health, we use Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen (mHBOT) chambers to deliver enriched oxygen pressurized at 1.4 ATA. Individual sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes.

What to expect during a mild hyperbaric session

Before each session we will take your vital signs and clear you for treatment. You will be able to lie down inside the soft chamber in any comfortable position or recline at a 45-degree angle. A healthcare professional will be with you as the chamber gradually pressurizes. You may feel ear pressure, similar to flying (clearing the ears helps). Most people find the chamber roomy beyond expectations and take a nap or deeply relax.

What mild Hyperbaric Oxygen can do for you

Breathing oxygen in a pressurized chamber allows oxygen to dissolve directly into blood plasma and tissue. The body’s oxygen carrying capacity is expanded beyond what red blood cells can carry and then delivered beyond the limitations of the circulatory system’s network of blood vessels. Enhanced oxygen availability has several health advantages and can be used as complimentary therapy for:

Recovery and Performance
  • Pre-Op & Post-Op
  • Post-exercise muscle recovery
  • Athletic performance support
Neurological & Cognitive support
  • Brain injury recovery support
  • Brain fog and cognitive fatigue
  • Migraine frequency reduction
Inflammation & Immune support
  • Chronic inflammatory conditions
  • Autoimmune symptom support
  • Adjunct treatment for Cancer
Skin, aging & tissue health
  • Wound-healing support
  • Skin quality and collagen production support
  • General anti-aging wellness
General wellness
  • Improved mitochondrial production of ATP (energy molecule)
  • Sleep quality
  • Stress resilience

These health benefits are cumulative, usually requiring multiple sessions. Physiological repair is under way during mHBOT treatments, including:

  • Angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation)
  • Collagen synthesis and tissue repair
  • Reduced hypoxia-driven inflammation
  • Improved mitochondrial function
